My Passion Is To Empower Every Woman To live their best life
Francine was a single mom at the age of 17 years old and knew she needed a stable income while she went to school. She found herself in the banking workforce of Corporate America. She remembers feeling that she wasn’t good enough to excel her career any further because she didn’t have the degree to tell her that she was good enough, so for many years she self sabotaged. Instead, she placed herself into volunteer opportunities and networked as much as she could by meeting new people and stepping out of her comfort zone to organize and speak at events for the Chamber of Commerce. It was during this time, she built long lasting friendships and business relationships. She then went to work with the American Cancer Society and oversaw four different communities of volunteers to plan out relay for life cancer walks. She managed, organized, and fundraised to raise money for ACS.
Fast forward to 2016, she entered entrepreneurship full force and realized she had no idea where to begin. She began to personally develop by attending trainings, webinars, and reading empowerment books. She hustled hard, so much so that she drove Uber and Lyft for 3 years because she knew she never wanted to work for anyone else ever again. Although, she didn’t have a direction of where she was going nor which direction she wanted to go, she knew she wanted to help women and children on a larger scale.
When 2017 came around, depression set in. This is when the idea came together of creating a space for women to empower each other through all areas of life and career. She knew she wasn't doing life alone, although it felt that way, so why not create a community/sisterhood of women who can be a support team for all women? This is when WEWLA was born. This space allowed her to grow out of depression by inspiring and empowering women all over the world just by sharing quotes and messages of resilience. She began hosting women empowerment summits and conferences and she evolved into the Success & Business Mindset Coach, Women Empowerment Speaker, and NLP Practitioner that she is today. WEWLA now has 5,500 women from all over the world who want to be part of a something bigger that empowers women on another level. WEWLA hosts women in business events virtually every 2nd Thursday of the month. Recently, a travel group has been established so women can travel with other WEWLA members and connect in a safe environment.
Francine has traveled throughout the USA to speak and empower women through success training, goal planning, mindset coaching, and business strategy.
